Liberia: High-Powered Ivorian Delegation Arrives Saturday for Talks

A nine-member high-powered delegation from neighboring C�te d'Ivoire, headed by His Excellency, the Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Guillaume Soro, arrives in the country Saturday as guest of the Liberian Government.
