Uganda: Government is Turning Uncivil, Says U.S.

A top United States diplomat for Africa has said he telephoned the Uganda government on Thursday to voice out President Barack Obama's concern over irresponsible and uncivil behaviours of the Uganda government in dealing with opposition leaders.
